Some Responsibilities of Show Chairman:
Work with city or county to plan & schedule event
Coordinate advertising
Schedule event
Site prep. Measure & layout show site
Make sure sled is there and ready to go
Assign responsibilities to other members
Make sure PA system is set up and working
Oversee the clean-up
Write news letter articles for the reporter

6. Committee to contact all sponsors to renew sled advertising.
It was expressed that all members should plan on helping find business to advertise on the sled, and also the little sled.

7. Everyone is to help set up and clean up for tractor pulls. Before the pulls there is a lot of work to do and any and all help is appreciated. As pointed out by John Kirkland when your pull is over and your tractor is loaded the work is not done. Everyone needs to plan on helping to final up the day by pitching in and doing their part to Clean-up.

9. Cotton Days plans – Rosie Kirkland
Mon May 9th - 12:00 to Dusk
Set up at park– Displays and tractors for field trip

Tues May 10th - 9:00 get ready for field trip
9:30 to 2:30 field trip - two full rotations - 800 students

Wed May 11th - 9:30 get ready for field trip
10:00 to 1:00 field trip - one rotation – 400 to 500 students

Thurs May 12th - 9:30 get ready for field trip
10:00 to 1:00 field trip - one rotation - 400 to 500 students

MOVE ALL TRACTORS AND EQUIPMENT OFF, OF THE PARK, TO THE
DIRT LOT NEXT TO NISSONS STORE, OR TO THE FAIR GROUNDS, TO PREPARE FOR THE FRIDAY TRACTOR PULL.

Display at fair grounds and prep site for pull.

Dave Shireman is the Manager over track set up and clean up. HOWEVER ALL
MEMBERS OF CCAMA ARE EXPECTED TO HELP WITH BOTH. PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE EARLY AND STAY UNTIL THE AREA IS CLEANED UP AND ALL EQUIPMENT LOADED TO GO HOME.
